In this section, we will illustrate how content editors can edit content on the existing Terminal documentation pages and offer additional commentary where necessary.
For more detailed information on how dotCMS works, classifies, and organizes different content elements, we recommend you refer to the authoring section of the official dotCMS documentation portal.

How to Create a New Page
Below, you will find a video we sent to your colleagues at Worldline NA that illustrates how to create a new page, should the need arise. We recommend you use the "Document Overview" template for new documentation pages. The rest of the process is identical to what's showed in the video.
- Select a website and folder.
- Create a new page with a “WL - Page” page type.
- Fill in “Page Title” and “URL” of the new page.
- Select the appropriate folder for the new page.
- Choose a page template.
- Fill in “Page Header” (Heading 1 of the live page).
- Choose if the new page will appear in the main menu (“Show on Menu” checkbox).
- Click Save / Publish
DotCMS Guides for Content Editors
Besides our three tutorials, we recommend content editors take the time to watch the following three official DotCMS guides to get a better understanding of the CMS and how it works.
Please note that the version of the DotCMS in the video differs from the one the Terminal website uses, so some differences in UI may be present.
